Cancellation & Refund Policy

The IDEA Center may cancel or postpone the seminar due to unforeseen circumstances. If cancellation occurs, The IDEA Center will refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for other costs, including travel expenses.

To receive a refund, less a $50 processing fee, please send a request to The IDEA Center by May 25, 2012. Cancellations received between May 26 and June 4, 2012 will be assessed a $150 cancellation fee. No refunds will be available after June 4, 2012.

Paid registrations may be transferred to another representative from the same institution. Please contact The IDEA Center for this service.
